After making my version of a Christmas cake from the last post, I was left with a few unused ingredients that I certainly didn’t want to waste. So I was determined to make them into something else yummy and suitable for Christmas entertaining. These white chocolate dipped cherries with a pistachio crust fit the criteria perfectly. After melting some of the white chocolate gently in the microwave, we dipped in the cherries and then rolled them a little in the crushed pistachios. Too easy! I hope you enjoy the pics!
